Coconut-fruit smoothie

This smoothie makes a pretty satisfying breakfast. The recipe yields 2 good sized smoothies, or four smaller ones.

  • 1 nectarine or peach, pitted and chunked
  • 1 banana
  • ½ C strawberries, hulled
  • ½ C orange juice
  • ½ C coconut milk

Blend ingredients until smooth.
